Our AFHC adult programs are open to men and women (ages 18+) of all skill levels!

Spring Programs

Adult Training
Ages 18+

Mount Pisgah Patriot Athletic Complex

9825 Brumbelow Rd., Johns Creek, GA 30022

March 10 – May 15

Mondays, 8 - 10 PM

Registration Details:

Open to men & women ages 18+ years old (graduated high school and older)

Previous experience preferred, all skill levels welcome!
Each week will consist of half skills & strategy drills + half full-field umpired 11v11 games
Sticks available to borrow if needed
Shin guards & mouthguard are highly recommended but not required
Turf shoes or sneakers, no cleats

Winter Programs

Adult Indoor League
Ages 18+

November 12 – February 25

Tuesdays, 7 - 9 PM

Registration Details:

Open to men & women ages 18+ years old

Previous experience preferred, all skill levels welcome!
Teams will be assigned after registration closes and game shirts will be provided at the first practice
Indoor-specific stick required
Left full-finger glove, shin guards, and mouthguard required

Men's & Women's Travel Teams

Men & Women | Ages 19+

If you are interested in our Men’s & Women’s Competitive Travel Teams, please register for the Adult Training and/or contact us.

All competitive team athletes are expected to attend practices, which also act as a tryout/introduction. If you cannot make the weekly time, please contact us and we’ll find another way for you to get involved!

Competitive season: February – July

Team-specific practices begin each January.

2025 Season Schedule:

March 14-16: Regional Club Championship in Williamsburg, VA (Men’s & Women’s Teams)
June 7-8: Columbus Cup in Columbus, OH (Co-Ed)
June 27-29: Women’s Club Classic in Bryn Mawr, PA (Women’s Team)
July 19-21: National Club Championship in Newark, DE (Men’s & Women’s Teams)
